Shipping Policy

We're dedicated to prompt order processing, typically shipping most in-stock items within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that sale periods may require additional processing time.

All items are shipped from Squamish, BC, Canada, and we provide worldwide shipping. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Additionally, local customers can enjoy free pick-up from Justine's home in Squamish.

For orders over $100, we provide complimentary standard untracked shipping in Canada. Orders below this threshold incur a small shipping fee of $6.99 CAD.

International shipments

International customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any duties or fees that may occur during the importation of your purchase.

Shipping times

Our standard free shipping method typically takes 1-2 weeks for delivery and does not include tracking.

Kindly note that we offer expedited shipping options through Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. You can find these choices on the shipping page during the checkout process.

Please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays might occur, especially if you reside in a rural area. Our specified timelines do not account for unforeseen delays caused by factors like weather, high shipment volume, service interruptions, and events beyond the control of Justine Brooks Design. Your understanding in such situations is greatly appreciated.

Lost shipment

Step 1

Please ensure your shipping address is correc on your original ordert; we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. Please reference your order confirmation email.

Step 2

Please inquire with your neighbours, those having neighbouring mailboxes, your concierge, or the community mailbox, as these are often the locations where your package can be found.

Step 3 Please allow 3 weeks before contacting us regarding a lost shipment (unless expedited shipping was paid)

Step 4 f you still can't find your package, email, and we'll assist you by filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
