If for some reason you're unhappy with your new purchase or it was damaged in transit, Justine Brooks Design will do its best to make it right. You will have the option to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. JB also stands behind the quality of her jewelry. If for some reason you need a repair, we will cover the cost of all manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to personal use (dropped etc.), JB will charge a small, but reasonable fee (often just the cost of shipping). LET'S GO SHOPPING! 

Return Details
We offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days of receiving your package. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the returned amount. Please contact us before sending your return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When the return shipment is received, JB will notify you within 3 business days of the return approval and a credit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange Details
To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer must pay the return shipping. JB will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Please contact us before sending an item back for exchange.

Non-returnable Items
Please keep in mind gift cards & "last chance" items may not be returned (unless damaged in transit).

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep in mind Justine Brooks is not responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply. ALL packages shipped internationally will have a written description of the contents on the outside of the package, as this is a mandatory requirement for customs clearance outside of our control.  Please make sure you have notified JB of your return or exchange in advance to sending your package. Items received without advance notification will not be accepted.
